ABOUT FCLE

FPT University (https://daihoc.fpt.edu.vn) has internationalized its education by reaching out to the world, collaborating with other universities and their researchers, improving its programs and academics, and strengthening professional networks among higher education institutions and international organizations. The Science Management Office and English Language Department at FPT University host this conference series in order to help achieve these objectives. This conference series provides an academic excellence platform led by world-renowned English Language Teaching experts, Vietnamese and international researchers, teachers, educators, and education policymakers. Depending on the availability of speakers, this conference provides pre-conference activities that include research training as well as entertainment and team-building sessions. They are followed by plenary talks and parallel sessions. In particular, FCLE aims to:

• Showcase the most recent research findings that education, TESOL, and English-applied linguistics practitioners can apply in their work context
• Create professional dialogues on current issues in education, TESOL, and English-applied linguistics
• Give constructive feedback on potential papers for future publications
• Collaborate with universities, researchers, and independent individuals who are interested in conducting empirical research that informs their foreign language teaching practices
• Establish and consolidate partnering relationships between FPT University and domestic and international institutions
